One Vision, Two Vehicles

At the heart of our work is a radical belief: The most advanced medicine in the world is useless if it is unaffordable. To solve this, we operate under a unique "Dual-Entity Model."

• Lifeline AI (The Engine): A for-profit biotechnology LLC dedicated to the high-cost research and development (R&D) of "Glass Box" therapeutic discovery.

• The Causal Cures Foundation (The Heart): A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to funding treatment, providing education, and ensuring that no one is priced out of their own survival.

How the Partnership Works

We maintain a strict "legal firewall" between our for-profit research and our nonprofit mission, ensuring that every dollar donated to the Foundation goes directly toward helping people.

1. Technology Licensing for Equity

The Causal Cures Foundation holds a permanent, charitable license to use Lifeline AI’s proprietary therapeutic discovery tools. This allows the Foundation to provide personalized treatment roadmaps to underserved patients at zero cost, without the Foundation having to shoulder the multi-million dollar burden of software development.

2. The "Proceeds Pledge"

As the founder of both organizations, Syed Abraham Ahmed has committed a fixed percentage of all proceeds from Lifeline AI to be donated directly to The Causal Cures Foundation. When the for-profit engine succeeds, the nonprofit’s ability to save lives grows.

3. Direct Treatment Funding

Beyond technology, the Foundation is a funding body. We provide direct financial assistance to individuals with cancer and terminal illnesses to cover the costs of treatment, travel, and care that insurance often leaves behind.
